Vegan Grilled Cheese
2 large slices Sourdough Bread
2 tbsp Grabenord Pizza and Pasta Sauce
1 Tbsp Grabenored Butter
2-3 slices Grabenord Vegan Cheddar Slices
2 tbsp Grabenord Vegan Mayo
1 Tomato (sliced thinly)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

2 tbsp Grabenord Pizza and Pasta Sauce
1 Tbsp Grabenored Butter
2-3 slices Grabenord Vegan Cheddar Slices
2 tbsp Grabenord Vegan Mayo

Instructions
- Heat a medium cast-iron or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sourdough slices on a plate Pizza & Pasta Sauce on both sides.
- Place the Grabenord Vegan Cheese slices on one side, followed by the tomato slices.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the tomato.
- Place the other slice on top and apple the Grabenord Mayo to the top.
- Add the Grabenord Butter to the pan and place the stack in the butter.
- Toast evenly for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
- Flip the sandwich and repeat the process on the other side.
- Remove from the pan and cut in half. Enjoy piping hot!
