  • What is Aioli?

    True Aioli in Mediterranean terms is an emulsion made out of mashed garlic, olive oil and salt. Over the years it has changed and there was an addition of egg yolk, mustard and lemon which indicated its similarity towards mayo, hence, it has evolved to become a garlic mayonnaise now. Grabenord’s Aioli has cashews instead of milk or egg yolk, hence it is completely plant based.

  • Can Garlic and Milk be consumed together, if it is vegetarian garlic mayo (Aioli)?

    Technically Garlic and Milk should never be consumed together as it is harmful for the body according to Ayurveda. It comes under Virrudha food combination. So, we have used cashews instead of milk. Hence, Grabenord’s Aioli (Garlic Mayo) is completely safe to consume.
