We provides refunds for products which are in original state. We can refund products up to 14 days. However, we offer a 100% replacement of the same product, if the product is received by the buyer in a damaged condition or lost in the transit.
To be eligible for a replacement, your request must be sent on firstname.lastname@example.org/on WhatsApp number +91 8200525419. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If in case of damage, kindly report with relevant photographs to the email id or on the above WhatsApp number.
If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement of the same product.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept replacement on gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your replacement requests, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be intimated for the same. Please remember it can take some time for verification and authenticating the replacement query.
In case of wrong product received at the customer's end, there will be a return pick up generated along with the replacement sent out to the customer. Here, the customer needs to pack the product in such a way that it doesn't get damaged in the return transit. Customer may repack it in the same way as it was sent to them.
