  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy, your choice)
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Almonds (toasted and chopped)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips


  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small skillet, toast the almonds over medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes until they become fragrant. Be careful not to burn them. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, peanut butter, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until a thick, uniform dough forms. Fold in the chopped almonds and Vegan chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.
