Ingredients:

  • 300g Tortilla Chips
  • 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Avocado, mashed and seasoned
  • ½ cup Rajma, boiled in salted water
  • ½ cup Sweet Corn, boiled
  • ¼ cup Coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • ¼ cup Cheese Dip

Procedure:

  • Start by placing the tortilla chips on a big tray or platter.
  • Pour the Cheese Dip evenly on top of the tortilla chips.
  • Reserve some dip for the top.
  • Now, add half of the Rajma and mashed Avocado.
  • Place the tomatoes, bell peppers, and corn evenly to cover the whole tray.
  • Add some more tortilla chips and top them with Rajma.
  • Drizzle the leftover Cheese Dip, and finish with the chopped cilantro.
  • Drizzle some lime juice, serve, and enjoy while fresh and crunchy!
