Ingredients:
- 300g Tortilla Chips
- 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
- ½ Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Avocado, mashed and seasoned
- ½ cup Rajma, boiled in salted water
- ½ cup Sweet Corn, boiled
- ¼ cup Coriander, finely chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- ¼ cup Cheese Dip
Procedure:
- Start by placing the tortilla chips on a big tray or platter.
- Pour the Cheese Dip evenly on top of the tortilla chips.
- Reserve some dip for the top.
- Now, add half of the Rajma and mashed Avocado.
- Place the tomatoes, bell peppers, and corn evenly to cover the whole tray.
- Add some more tortilla chips and top them with Rajma.
- Drizzle the leftover Cheese Dip, and finish with the chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle some lime juice, serve, and enjoy while fresh and crunchy!
